What a Special Day!!!

Wow... 28 years!!! Where did time go? Seems like just yesterday I was 21!! Well, today my sweet hubby came home with some beautiful tulips and a very sweet card! He spent the morning cooking me breakfast, then helping Brooksie bake and decorate a cake!! YUM! We spent the afternoon strolling the mall. We came home and Jared made a delish dinner! I was hoping to relax in the hot-tub tonight but the wind was blowing too hard. I had a fantastic day! I'm truly blessed!!

 

What am I Thinking?!?!

So, there is this digi scrapbook competition hosted by After Five Designs and Shabby Pickle Designs... and yours truly has signed up! I went and took a peek in their galleries.....WHAT?!?! I'm so out of my league here!!! HAHAHA What am I thinking? Oh well... I'll give it my best shot and have fun doing it!! Wish me luck!

So, what's new.... 

I started a local scrapbook group on Meetup.com!! It's been a lot of fun meeting and getting to know locals who share my passion!! We take turns hosting crops at our home, usually about once a week or every other week!! So fun!! 

My poor lil girl is sick, has an infection in her throat! Makes me so sad when she doesn't feel well. 

Did a new digi LO... stepped out of my norm on this one, but i LOVE how it turned out!!

Another New look for me...

Today I got my top braces placed! It's definitely a new feeling in my mouth!! 

I had an expander placed about 2 months ago that has been slowly spreading my teeth apart.  I was just getting used to that!! I will be getting the bottom ones placed in a couple months.

Here's the next step in my 2 year journey!!

I decided to donate my hair to Locks of Love. Locks of Love is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada suffering from long-term medical hair loss.
